Furnished double room in friendly family home - me (medical secretary), my lovely 14 year-old daughter and two cats. The furniture in the room is very new. I cannot offer an ensuite bathroom, but the shared family bathroom is modern and nice. Shared use of kitchen, washing machine, tumble drier, etc. Own fridge and mini-freezer. Two living rooms, one with shared TV. Large garden which you are welcome to use too. Parking on the road outside the house.

Chambersbury Lane is a pleasant, quite quiet road nearly on the edge of Hemel near fields. It's nice! Nearest bus-stop 5 minute walk, other buses/trains within 10-20 minute walk.

Female only please due to shared bathroom. Professional or student preferred, any age. Non-smoker only.

This room rental would suit someone looking for a Monday-Friday let, a short-term let or some kind of ad-hoc arrangement. I am very flexible! I'm not really looking for a long-term 7 days per week lodger. The £500pm quoted assumes full monthly occupancy - for a different arrangement we can negotiate an appropriate amount.
