I live with both physical handicap (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos) and disability (Dysphasia) and chronic illness (Endo, AS Arthritis, Hypothyroid) so you need to be Disability Aware. I have to sell so I expect that will take up to nine months, so it's only a relatively short term let, when a sale is agreed that leaves a minimum 3 months of legal paperwork to be completed, so plenty of notice period will be given. Last month's rent upfront, no deposit, rolling monthly contract with two month's notice required/given. £200 paid weekly or £867 per month, all bills included (water, wifi, gas, electric, council tax.)
