This is a large double bedroom on the top floor with lots of light. It is the only room on the top floor so is very private. There are three bathrooms and a massive kitchen which is fully equipped with three fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier, large double cooker, microwave etc. There is a double drive and lots of parking and gardens to the front, rear and side of the house as well as a patio for summer BBQs.

The house is fully double glazed with gas central heating.

Included in the rent is council tax, water and internet. You will share gas and electricity. The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave. You will be dealing directly with me the landlord so there is no nightmares with letting agencies or rip-off extra fees. I always am quick to respond to tenants needs and in returning deposit.
