INCLUDED - rent includes Gas, Water, Electricity, Council Tax, TV Licence & 200Mbps Wi-fi.

LOCATION - the house is walking distance to Hertford North Station, Aldi supermarket, and Hertford Town Centre where there is a Leisure Centre with Swimming Pool, Arts Complex with Cinema, as well as nice shops, bars, pubs & restaurants.

If driving it is well located to large local employers incl: QEII HSP WGC (10 mins); Tesco HQ WGC (12 mins); Herts Uni (14 mins); GSK Ware (9 mins); GSK Stevenage (20 mins); and Lister HSP Stevenage (21 mins).

TERMS - minimum 6 months stay on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement; Deposit is equivalent to one months rent held by the DPS for the duration of your stay.
