As this is a lovely house, all lodgers need to take positive action to keep it that way and to be considerate to others. For example, wiping the table, work surfaces and cooker after every meal, putting away washing up quickly, washing and recycling wherever possible, putting away your washing as soon as it's dry and helping to water the garden or look after the fish pond.

As all bills are included and energy costs are rising dramatically, it is essential you are proactive in minimising energy costs, such as turning off your bedroom radiator if you are away overnight and only having lights on in the room you are currently using. A bit of thought can ensure you can be very comfortable without wasting energy.
