There is an enormous kitchen with large dining table and chairs, cooker, three large fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier, microwave, large double range cooker, extra oven and even a dishwasher!

There are three showers, one bath and three toilets throughout the property.

Outside there is a good size garden with patio for summer BBQs, a lovely side garden and a very wide drive for multiple parking.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you wish to move to one of my other houses.

The rent includes council tax, water and Virgin broadband internet. The electricity and gas however is shared.

You will be dealing directly with me, the landlord or my full time assistant, Rupert so there are no extra fees or agents. We are quick to respond to your needs and return deposit back promptly.
