DOUBLE ROOM in a converted warehouse (rent: £550 PCM + equal deposit + bills)

Subletting this upstairs double room for 2 months (March & April) and then longer-term from July. The room is furnished while a sublet but will be un-furnished from July.

Our home is located on the second floor of a converted victorian warehouse within Alston Works which is now a mix of live-work homes, studios, creative businesses & industrial units. Situated on the outskirts of High Barnet, it's only a 5 minute walk to the high street; and a 15 minute walk to the tube. 
Our beautiful unit boasts a brand-new kitchen, original wooden floors and oozes character from its period brickwork.

The Space (Is it nice?)
- The communal area is quite large indeed and includes a dining table that sits over ten people, a workshop for design & creation and a further sitting space with a projector & sound system for entertainment (there is even an arcade machine!)
- Other shared spaces include the new kitchen, mezzanine, and bathroom with a separate sink and washroom. 

The Area (What about?)
- Large fields & picturesque woods surround the area and are within a short walks distance of the unit.
- It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the high street, which features all the major supermarkets, a range of high-street shops, and simply stellar charity shops.
- Only 15 minutes from High Barnet Station on the northern line which can get you into central London in 45 minutes on a good day. 
- A regular local market operates twice a week and features local produce from the area.

The Applicant (That's You!)
- Applicants are preferred to be 25 or older because, all over 25 ourselves, we are looking for like-minded individuals, and, if successful, you will be living with six others; a mix of both girls and boys of varying ages.
- We're also looking for someone that will become part of our warehouse family here. While everyone has their own interests, we live socially in the environment, so we'd like someone who could join us in activities such as watching films & gaming, jamming to & playing music as well as cooking & having communal meals together.
