We have a 1 bed flat located in a private cul de sac in Hitchin, with private garden.
The flat is unfurnished and comprises one double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. You will need to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities.
There is plenty of parking available outside the property, you will have your own garden, and shops are within walking distance.
The flat is available at £625/month not including bills. You will be liable for Council Tax and utilities.
We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.
We only accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.
