Thanks for viewing my ad. I’m looking for a flatmate, as I’m moving out soon. You’ll be living with my fantastic housemate, Elen, who is tidy, friendly, very funny and training to be a police officer. The flat is in a beautiful gated courtyard set back from the road. The room is very cosy, clean and has an en suite. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room with usual appliances. We also have fast fibre installed which is included in the rent price. Other bills not included.

Ideal for a young professional, working locally/in London/from home. The flat is between the centre of town and the station. It is a 14 minute walk/5 minute cycle to Hitchin station. It’s also a 4 minute walk to the town square, with lots of lovely shops and cafes, and a market on the weekends. Lots of nice cafes and shops near to the flat as well. You can also keep a car in Sainsburys car park (across the road) which you pay for on a monthly basis.

There is a large living/dining area with a washing machine and all kitchen appliances. Cosy living room with sofa/tv/dining table.

I’m looking for someone to enjoy the flat and take good care of it.

Monthly bills will be roughly £115-140 each but it depends.

No smoking, and sadly no pets.
