A beautiful double room is available in my very comfortable home in Hitchin. The double room is at the front of the house with its own front door.. It is newly decorated with new luxury soft carpet, comfortable double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and chair. Desk can be supplied instead of book shelves if required. Shared newly fitted delux bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet.. There is a 2nd shower room. and toilet. There is a shared open plan living room/dining area and log burner. Fully fitted large kitchen with quartz workspaces, oven, microwave and Ninja airfryer, pressure cooker, slow cooker and dishwasher. Bifolding doors open to pretty patio and landscaped garden. There is super fast Sky broadband included, sky tv with netflix, amazon prime etc, Washing machine and dryer in separate utility room.
There is a weekly cleaner and regular gardener.
I'm ideally looking for a professional, friendly and tidy house mate to share my chilled out friendly home. I'm an artistic creative person, very sociable and fun to live with. I run a pottery teaching studio from my garden. Come along and meet me and have a look at the room and house. Im sure you will love it. The Hitchin location is excellent, very quiet and safe. The garden backs onto a green walk and brook, with woodland and there are many lovely walks in the location. It is a 20 minutes walk into central Hitchin and station. It is located with good access to junction 8 A1 and 10 minute drive to Lister Hospital north and central Stevenage and Letchworth. Five minute drive to Hitchin station. There. are buses running in the adjacent street into Hitchin etc. There is free street parking available outside the house. It is altogether a great place to live. Hitchin is vibrant and lively with many coffee bars, and restaurants and three supermarkets.
