You will have shared use of a large garden, and a large well-equipped kitchen/diner.
Off road parking.
There is broadband provided.
The house has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Rent includes bills.
I have two rooms to choose from ; one very large room with an ensuite and the other sharing a bathroom with one very clean person.
The room with the ensuite is £30 more per month.
