One double room available in Hoddesdon. The 3 bedroom house is walking distance to Rye House train station and local shops.

There are currently two other house mates.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe.
There is a back garden with patio. Private off street parking for up to 2 cars.

The house has a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is a shared kitchen, living room and dining area.

There is fibre broadband throughout the house.

The house is quiet, clean, tidy and strictly no smoking inside. Looking for a working professional who is respectful of their other housemates.

A cleaner comes once a month to clean the communal spaces.
The front and back gardens are maintained twice a year.

The room is available immediately. Rent is paid in advance on 1st each month. This is a short term let for circa 6 months. References are required.
