We are looking for a femaie to rent out one of our spare double room in in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, 7 min walk from Rye House train station, 35 min train journey to Liverpool Street.

Room: Double room on the top floor level, wooden flooring, recently painted and fully furnished - with shared facilities of bathroom and kitchen/dinning area.

House/cottage: Is a two floor, three double room property with a large quiet garden, all modern cons, microwave, large American fridge freezer and, oven. The house has a cosy feel to it with contemporary style, clean and tidy with large kitchen and oak open staircase/

No smoking in the house but there is a lovely garden for that and garden furniture just outside the front door for that also.

The street is very quiet and residential, with a friendly corner shop near by, 7 min walk to Rye house train station, free parking, 10 min walk from John Warner Leisure Centre and Pool, 15 min walk from Hoddesdon town centre where there are number of stores and supermarkets.

We are in our two emails in our mid 40’s one born in Australia / Spanish nationally and the other English.

We are honest, respectful, tidy/clean, reliable, and trustworthy and expect any new lodger to share the household to have the same principles.
