with a football field nearby and a large recreational park with 5 min to walk access to many shops and close to only 1.1 miles from the center of Hoddesdon (Hoddesdon Clock Tower)

The room is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated new furniture, large radiator, large windows with modern shutters providing sound proofing

In the morning if you open the windows you can listen to the relaxing song of the birds.

The room is furnished with wireless internet and high-speed cable near the desk.

Shared areas within the house include the garden, with 2 new shared bathrooms.

A shared kitchen, equipped with new appliances, refrigerators, a washing machine and a
dryer all high quality we also have clothes drying racks.

The garden area has a lovely pergola with garden table and chairs for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
