Share bathroom with two others and kitchen with four.

Room has a double bed , large hanging rail 2 large chest of drawers , bedside cabinets a desk and chair.
All bills are included.
Use of virgin media very fast speed fibre broadband , washing machine , tumble drier ,fridge , freezer , oven , hob , microwave, kettle etc.. Also plenty of plates, cups , pots and pans so no need to buy your own.
You will be responsible for keeping your own room clean and tidy , please keep up with this because any damage caused by negligence will be deducted from your deposit. You also need to provide your own essentials such as toilet roll , washing powder , washing liquid ,soap etc.

You must be in full time work and not working from home . No couples. To avoid overcrowding and to safeguard the dynamics of the house we do not allow visitors or over night guests.
Available on a monthly rolling contract with a months notice required when leaving.
