Close to all amenities shops trains and buses. Located in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, 10 min walk from Rye House train station, 35 min train journey to Liverpool Street or Stratford and 10 min to Hertford in opposite direction.

Free parking, 10 min walk to John Warner local Leisure Centre with a pool, 15 min walk to Hoddesdon town centre - where there are a number of stores, banks, post-office, bars, coffee shops and several major supermarkets.

Share bathroom with two others and kitchen with three.
Must clean both after use so nice and clean for the next person to use. If this sounds too much for you to keep up with please do not respond to the advert.
All occupants are in full time work.
Room has a kingsize bed , 2 double wardrobes, large chest of drawers , bedside drawers and a desk and chair.
All bills are included.
Use of virgin media very fast speed fibre broadband , washing machine , tumble drier ,fridge , freezer , oven , hob , microwave, kettle etc.. Also plenty of plates, cups , pots and pans so no need to buy your own.
You will be responsible for keeping your own room clean and tidy , please keep up with this because any damage caused by negligence will be deducted from your deposit. You also need to provide your own essentials such as toilet roll , washing powder.

You must be in full time work and not working from home , no students. No couples. To avoid overcrowding and to safeguard the dynamics of the house we do not allow visitors or over night guests. However on the odd occasion visitors and ad- hoc stay-overs will be allowed providing permission is given first.
