We think that this studio, in our home in Kings Langley central, can be perfect for a busy professional working a contract, a stop-gap 'home from home'. We are happy to consider a short let.

All within easy 5 minute walk.. The house is quiet and peaceful.

Kings Langley is well located close to Watford, Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans in South West Hertfordshire with excellent connections via public transport, road and rail.
1 minute M25 & A41. On A4251. Train 25 minutes to London Euston pleasant 10 minute walk. 10 mins to film studios, 20 and 30 minutes Luton/Heathrow. Sainsburys, Aldi, The Grove, Watford, Rickmansworth, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. Bus services.

We are a mature couple and we like people, we have hosted on Spareroom before. (We would like to mention here, in the kindest possible way, that we are sensitive to certain sounds, strong perfumes, smoke from any source, incense and candles, and pets. This means that unfortunately we cannot coexist with them in our home.) However, you can expect warm and friendly contact here, straightforward communication and mutual respect.

About You - friendly health-aware working professional, you go out to work 5 days a week, enjoy a peaceful calm environment, and the outdoors. (Theres a shared small leafy patio area too)
