Double room to rent in a quiet flat

I’m looking to rent a room to a professional female who needs a comfortable place to stay in the area during the week. The home is calm and quiet, so I’m hoping to find someone who values a peaceful environment and keeps a similar routine.

I have a British Shorthair cat, Cleo. She’s friendly, well behaved, and fairly independent. She enjoys her own space and won’t disturb you, but she’s always happy to say hello.

All bills are included, including electricity, water, and internet.

Happy to answer any questions or adjust terms if appropriate (could expand it to more than 3 months for the right flat mate etc)
