Ideal for a consultant, or someone with a Profession, and ready for you to move into now. Light, bright, clean and airy, a sociable, homely, shared house in a popular area of south Stevenage.
Easy commuting routes to A1M, Stevenage centre for Glaxo, MBDA, Lister Hospital, GSK, Airbus, North Herts College, etc. or to Welwyn/Hatfield for Tesco H/O, Herts Uni, Ocado, Royal Vet College. 10 min walk to the main-line station for London Kings X (or Stevenage/ Hitchin/ Cambridge) commute - plus the welcoming Station Pub.
Please do put as many photos as you can on your profile; I always think there's a reason if people don't want to show themself...... Also, apart from a parent/guardian, I will not accept someone who is enquiring for 'someone else'.
Short stays are welcome, or longer by agreement.
New amenities including two bathrooms, kitchen/diner, office, sitting room, conservatory, courtyard and garden. Parking is available. Council Tax band D.
Bills are mainly included, but not your Council Tax.
I frequently work from home so cannot accept other home or shift workers.
Both rooms have desks and chairs for studying or relaxing, but you're welcome to use the Sitting Room as needed.
No smoking, vaping or other addictions please.
I eat a healthy Keto diet with lots of meat/fish/ dairy/eggs. Basic supplies are provided (tea/coffee/milk/butter/rice/pasta/shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel /cleaning materials etc) to reduce multiple packs of similar stuff.
Short walk to High Street for Coop/shops, take-aways, cafes etc. The Leisure Park is nearby for entertainment and evenings out. Roaring Meg Retail Park - with M&S/Boots/Currys/TKMaxx and discount stores - is just a mile or two away, plus bigger Tesco/Asda/ Aldi/Costco are also close.
Stevenage Road Bus stops are at the bottom of the road. Stevenage Town FB, Odyssey Gym, recreation ground, golf and various sports clubs are not far.
