Large Furnished Double Room in Friendly House

The double room is large, neutrally decorated, light and airy with a double bed, side table, working desk, chair and a large mirrored wardrobe. .

We have WiFi, Netflix, amazon prime, sky HD, Disney and catchup. We have an integrated audio system to enjoy films, games and television on.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs consists of a conservatory, lounge room, kitchen & dining area.

The garden consists of decking, a pond and garden with a side entrance. There is ample off-street parking in front of the house.

We are a friendly couple one English and one Australian. We also have a fluffy cat. We tend to go to the local gym and work in Letchworth and from home.

We are looking for a housemate who is tidy, likes to eat a cooked breakfast locally on the weekend and chilling to watch the occasional movie.

Small pets considered only. e. g. rabbit, rat, guinea pig, snakes, lizards, chickens, birds, hamster, fish etc. Sorry we don't accept cats or dogs. We have a cat so you would need to ensure the safety of your pet by keeping your room door or cage closed.
