Within 1 mile radius from letchworth train station and only a short walk to bus stops, permit free parking. Located close to norton common and outdoor pool. Lovely original style letchworth house which is not overlooked.
Easy reach to main stores such as Aldi, Lidl etc and a 2 minute walk up local shop. Different bus routes on adjacent roads.

£450 including bills. £350 deposit.
Available from end of January 2020.

The room is are newly decorated, bright and airy with new carpet. Radiator fitted.

Large garden - with gym equipment for those who are healthy! Lockable shed.

Seeking:
Looking for a female lodger who enjoys a balance of socialising and their own personal space. Considerate and clean/tidy.
The house is all female (shared with 2 other females). If you are in a stable relationship and would like your boyfriend to come round occasionally then that is fine (just no randoms please lol) and some prior notice.
Must be working professions, reference required, proof of income such as pay slip. Contract provided - can consider medium or long term.

About me:
I am full time working professional and live a pretty busy life in general. As a person I’d describe myself as easy going and find the funny side of life. I have a cat who resides in the lounge area, very lovely natured and enjoys attention/cuddles.
