The house is on a quiet, leafy street and is located just 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the town centre and Letchworth train station - which has excellent links to both London, Cambridge and other Hertfordshire towns. There is also a drive with plenty of car parking space at the front of the house.

Rent is £1300 per month and that includes all bills including broadband..

A bit about the current household:

We have myself - the Landlady - I am sociable, clean, respectful of my tenant's privacy and easy to get along with.
And we have Neil, who occupies the top floor bedroom/bathroom/sitting room and likewise is clean and respectful of his fellow tenants and Matthew who has been with us for 4 years now. He also has his own bedroom, sitting room and bathroom.

It's a lovely household and I have had some amazing long-term tenants in the past, some of whom are now very good friends of mine.
