Double bedroom

Hi! I have two rooms available to rent, best suited to professional workers and I would prefer Mon-Fri, but will consider 24/7 for an extra cost. These rooms are for single occupancy only in area SG6 4BS.
I have just finished refurbishing the whole house. I pride myself in having a clean and tidy home which is comfortable and warm.
I am looking for clean, tidy, responsible and respectful lodgers who will respect my privacy as I will yours. I am a friendly person and I go out a fair bit as well as having friends and family here occasionally.
My living area is open plan, however the dining area and kitchen are available for your use, along with the shared bathroom and downstairs toilet.
I have a single room which has bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe and storage space with baskets, and a desk and chair .
I also have a small double room which has 4’6 bed, wardrobe with drawers inside and will have a desk and chair.
Both rooms will include all bedding, duvet sets and towels if needed.
The kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer (full loads only), dishwasher, will have a microwave, oven and an induction hob. You will have use of a shared fridge/freezer with the other lodger and a shared food cupboard.
There is plenty of on-road parking.
Bills included are gas/electricity, water and council tax.
I’m happy for you bring a small tv for your room.
I am a 20 minute walk to Letchworth station which also has bicycle racks. Letchworth has a variety of eateries, shops, an art deco cinema and a supermarket in town, as well as a couple of pubs.
I have a Tesco Express, a Chinese and fish and chip shop a ten minute walk away. There is also The Wilbury pub which offers great food too, just a 15 minute walk away.
There is some beautiful countryside only ten minutes walk away if you like that.
If you have a bicycle I can find some shelter for that or you could put a cycle box at the front of the house.
London, Bedford, Luton, Hitchin, Baldock, Shefford, Biggleswade are all easily accessible from Letchworth either by car or train plus we have buses which run regularly.
