In my warm and welcoming home, I have a fully furnished room to rent. I am looking for a single professional lodger who is respectful, clean, tidy and responsible.
The room: Fully furnished with wardrobe, desk with drawers, drawer unit, tall bookcase and single bed with storage underneath. It has a WiFi booster to ensure good internet connection. The shared bathroom is a haven of calm, with shower, bath etc. Downstairs, the kitchen / diner has a range oven, microwave, fridge and freezer space, coffee machine, dishwasher and large table. There is a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine. The garden is well cared for, has two patios and is perfect for summer BBQs. The property backs onto fields and Letchworth’s Greenway. There is plenty of on-road parking and bikes can be accommodated and securely stored.
The area: The house is close to amenities, there are shops and takeaways a few streets away and a pub a short walk. The bus stop is a five minute walk and the station a half hour walk away, with trains to London and Cambridge. Letchworth itself has many shops, gyms, restaurants and an Art Deco Cinema. It has plenty to boast about, check it out!
