I have a good sized and furnished single room to rent in Letchworth, in a very quiet house and quiet area , in a 3 bedroom house with bathroom, two toilets, kitchen, living room and two gardens.
Wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers also available in the room.
Washing machine, electric cooker, oven, fridge and freezer.
The distance from the house to town centre and train station is:
- 30 minutes’ walking
- 6 minutes driving
- 10 minutes by bus
There are 2 bus stops at 2 minutes’ walk from to the property, but due to the irregularity of the bus, this place is more suitable for a driver.

I am a friendly person, I don’t smoke and don’t drink alcohol.
The property is clean and neat, WIFI available.

I am looking for a friendly and full time PROFESSIONAL lady (preferably) for this room, preferably single easy-going female, aged 18+, who is looking for a quiet and peaceful home to live as a home, not as a hotel (for a short stay only, July to august only)

The person MUST be clean and friendly, no couple, no children, no pet, no alcohol, no smoke, no loud music player, no night-club goer, please.

No alcohol, no smoke, no drogue of whatsoever kind, no trouble maker, no neighbour disturber, no children, no pet.
I require :
- reference
- 1 week deposit
- 1 month rent

The Room is available from July 11th
450/month, payable at the beginning of each month

A deposit, one week rent and reference are required
