Ample private secure parking in the front forecourt behind security entrance gates. Ideal position for peacefull comfortable accommodation offering personal privacy in a large modern private detached home in occupation by the owners .

The property is approached by a private road 'cul-de-sac' and is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Berkhamsted shops and mainline rail station. Local shops and amenities within 5 minutes walk.

We are an easy-going, young at heart, professional couple who work from home, looking for a like-minded, tidy, independent professional who works away from home and enjoys private quiet time with privacy and comfort on returning in the evening.

Food preparation / meals is in the room. There is no 'buddies' or a 'common' meeting room or full on access to the family kitchen. Although this room has a large double bed it is strictly single person ocupancy. Regrettably, occasional sleeping 2 in a bed is not accepted.

Occasional cleaner provided, washing machine / tumble dryer avaialble .

We do consider shorter than an 6 month at slightly higher rent .The price quoted below is based on an 6 month or longer flexible term.
