A friendly, sociable older person with mobility issues is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from a second Sharer in the home to help and give some company in the evenings. The person, but would enjoy a chat, some vegetarian cooking and general practical help around the house about ¾ evenings per week plus the reassurance of another person someone living with them in this large house.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom with separate bathroom for both Sharers as well as shared sitting room with other Sharer and use of the property’s other facilities including the kitchen, living room and garden. There is broadband.

The property is conveniently located just a mile from the Meldreth BR station with direct lines to Cambridge and London with Melbourn high street is a 5 minute walk away.

The person enjoys listening to the radio, watching TV, crosswords, playing cards and Scrabble and dancing and volunteering at Oxfam.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.

There is a cat in the property so a cat lover essential.
