- separate almost-own kitchen, for you and another female housemate; to prep and cook. Sharing a fridge, freezer, oven, double stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, without encroaching into family's.
- (Northern Line tube) High Barnet Station is 18mins walk away
- (Great Northern Rail) New Barnet Station is 10mins walk away; train takes 29mins to Kings Cross; 20mins to Moorgate!
- there's ample parking space outside the house too

The way the layout of the house is such that, we're like passing ships - we keep missing each other! You need to see it to understand, lol! Will suit full-time student or full-time professional not wfh.
