I am looking for a female professional or mature student, some-one who is working, who is over 25.
- Not available to a couple.
- Only deal with the tenant. No agents or 3rd parties.
- I will require financial references,
- I will require employment/College references,
- I will require previous landlord references,
- I will make ID checks and right to rent checks.
- The deposit is held by the DPS and is returnable. The rent is monthly in advance.
- Where you do not have all the references I will consider a guarantor.

Transportation links are very good, Central London, the City and West-end are 30 mins.
2 Stations - BR and underground, both within walking distance or a 5 min bus ride.
