Double room to let in beautiful village location

Hi there,

I have a double bedroom to let out in my lovely 2 bedroom house in Orwell, a picturesque village within easy reach of Royston or Cambridge.

Ideally I am looking to let the room out Monday-Friday, however I would be willing to be flexible to include occasional weekends as needed with extra cost negotiable.

The room will be let with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. There is one shared bathroom in the house. The living room is shared and has a TV, log-burner, dining table and sofa.

The rent advertised includes all bills and access to a supply of logs for the log-burner.

I will sometimes stay at the house, but during the week I often stay in Cambridge, so a lot of the time you would have the house to yourself.

Orwell is a pretty village with a local shop and pub, and plenty of beautiful walks to explore!
