Double Room in house in very attractive location

Availabke for 3 month let. I am a teacher, my partner is an engineer and our housemate a scientist. We are looking for a forth person to share our detached house. We are very friendly and sociable but also need some quiet for our work. I imagine you would be a student or young professional and you won't mind Atlas the cat! You will be equally friendly, tidy, not-too-noisy and very responsible and reliable. You would have a large double room with lovely views, and a full run of the house and garden. There's a large lounge and another reception room. The house has recently been thoroughly re-decorated, re-wired, insulated and double-glazed with a new kitchen. We have a very large garden and a wonderful hillside nature reserve to the rear. We are close to a shop, church, chapel, community venues and pub! The village is an especially attractive one with lots going on.
All bills are included including heating, internet and TV.
This would suit someone with a car/motorbike who loves the quieter country life. Or someone who works/studies in Cambridge (10 minutes by car) and wants to avoid the crazy city accommodation prices! Hope to hear from you.
