Two double rooms available

The rooms are not quite ready yet. I’m tentatively looking to see who I think might work within my home. If you think this might be you, you’d be very welcome to pop along, have a chat and look around.

I live in Park Street, south side of St Albans. Park Street train station is a four/five minute walk, local shops and takeaways within walking distance. Central St Albans is one train stop or a 6/7 minute drive. Off street parking available.

I have a five double bedroom detached home in a quiet, private close. Very peaceful and a really lovely area.

First double bedroom with plenty of built-in storage. Your own bathroom.

Second double bedroom, newly decorated, slightly larger with ensuite. Overlooking fields.

Both rooms have access to their own large (shared between them) lounge, with a kitchenette, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining area, sofa and TV.

There is also availability of washing machine.

These rooms are £1000 /£1100 respectively per calendar month.

Undecided if I would like one, lodger or two. My preference at the moment would be for one, which means they would have a lot of space all to themselves.

There is building work and decorating in progress, everything is running to plan so the rooms can be available from end January.

Both rooms will be furnished, but talk to me. We can be flexible if that’s what you need.
