Lodger for 4-bed house (all young professionals)

The pictures don’t look great we admit but we just bought the house and currently re-decorating to be ready well before 1st June move in date!

The room is the room shown that looks a bit empty - a bespoke queen/king size bed is being built in it within the next couple weeks to provide the most room possible for the lodger.

Landlords are myself and my sister - who are living at the house as well. The third person in the house is my work colleague who will be in for 8 months.

There are a row of shops a 1 minute walk from the house - including Co-op, corner shop, butchers, pharmacy, Simmons bakery, and more.

Closest train stations are How Wood (straight into St Albans and Watford Junction) and Radlett station (direct into London).
