Single Room in a house, quiet St Albans cul-de-sac

NOTE: I am a live OUT landlord (please ignore what it says on the face of my ad - I'm not sure how to remove that).

I am looking for a non-smoker, with a friendly disposition to join the household.

My house is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac away from the main roads, next to a nature reserve (perfect for walking, running or cycling!) and based in Park Street, St Albans.

I am renting a single room with a 4 foot queen size bed, and plenty of storage within my clean and tidy home.

There is parking on the road, or a small free car park at the bottom of the road.

It is a ~15 min drive to both Elstree and Leavesden film studios. Or a ~30 min drive to Pinewood.

The Park Street Train Station is less than a ten minute walk, which will take you to St Albans or London Euston (via Watford Junction). And there are also bus routes within a very short walk.

A snug but lovely room with a 4’ wide bed (queen) desk, chair and smart TV.
Large kitchen with washing machine use.
Bathroom with shower.
Lounge and dining area with smart TV.
Garden.
Wi-Fi included.

You will also have the use of a home gym (at your own risk) at my partners house around the corner (<5 min drive or ~10 min walk). There is also a garden and patio area also, and a beautiful nature reserve that the house backs onto.

£650 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax.
