Looking to rent two double rooms in a three bedroom house. Use of all facilities in the house.
Please note I have dog. She is a friendly dog who is kept at the back of the extension downstairs. She only comes into the lounge area if I'm around.
All bills included - including wireless internet and Sky+ in room.
Extension to kitchen means there's plenty of space and storage, also large loft can be used to store stuff.
Rear garden (catches the sun all afternoon)and small front garden.
I have a double bed and wardrobe in each room but these can be removed to use your own.
2 miles from Radlett mainline station and 1 mile from Park Street Station (Abbey Line - St Albans to Watford)
I am an easy going single dad. I work locally normalish hours Mon- Fri.
Looking for employed singles or couples(+£50 Per Mnth).
