Double Room in Large Multiple Occupants House

Double room available in a large multiple occupant household. The room will repainted and cleaned before new tenant moves in. There is furnishings including: bed, chest of drawers and a bed side table. All bills are included in the monthly rent.

The house currently has seven people including a live-in landlord who occupies a self-contained flat at the top of the property. Six housemates occupy the main household which includes a large kitchen, three bathrooms (two with showers) outside patio area and garden.

The house comprises of working professionals and students so looking for a similar type of person. We like to keep the property clean and be respectful for others in the household. We do enjoy getting together for socialising, and food/film nights.

A nice location as is a 10 min walk to either high street and Potters Bars train station so ideally for commuters. Also an ideal location for any RVC students.
