We are a male and female couple, Photgrapher and Yoga teacher and are the live-in landlord owners in our 40's, we have a lovely 30 year old female lodger who is out working nearly all of the time at Royal Vetinery College. The house is clean, super cosy and warm, quiet and newly refurbished.
