We’re a warm and friendly family of six, with two lovely boys (10 & 12), a sweet newborn (8 months), and a gentle cat. Our home is spacious and welcoming, and we’re looking for a lodger to join us.

• Parents’ en-suite room is on the top floor, so you’ll have privacy on the first floor
• Our boys are independent and cheerful, and the baby sleeps mostly with us upstairs
• We keep the house tidy and respectful
