Both Full time Lodger and Monday to Friday lodger is accepted. Monday to Friday Tenant can pay on weekly basis and can discuss rent further with me

All Rooms come with bed, beddings and curtains. Wardrobe etc. Lodgers should be tidy and non-smokers.

Boiler/Heating in perfect condition
Home emergency cover in place for boiler in case of any issues.

Rent includes all bills. WIFI is available.
