My house is located in the beautiful old part of Sawbridgeworth, within a short walking distance to many parks, pubs, café’s, shops and restaurants.
With good public transport links to Cambridge, Stansted Airport and London.
The mainline train station is a 7 minute walk.
If you have a car it’s on street Parking.

The room overlooks the village green. With two large double wardrobes, and lots of hanging space, a large flat-screen TV. The beautiful bathroom has a bath, powerful digital shower and a TV, it’s not en-suite, but the bathroom will be for your sole use.
The house is fully modernised with, home cinema system, smart heating, CCTV, ultra fast internet and Freeview television, providing a great space to relax after work.

The generous size kitchen proves a nice light airy space to cook and eat, with all the mod-cons, washing machine, dishwasher, blenders, juicers etc.

The room is available to a professional person, someone who prefers & appreciates the quiet of country life and peaceful surroundings, but perhaps has to work in London, Cambridge, Stansted or other large towns.

It also provides a perfect opportunity for someone looking to find a room to live that is far removed from crowded, bustling and noisy house-share environments, someone who needs their own space, privacy and quiet, so they can just relax when they get home.

Bit about me I’m 45 and have a demanding job, I also have small very friendly dog, the dog lives in the kitchen, she sometimes comes into the lounge, but never goes upstairs, so you would need to be ok with animals.

Ideally I’m looking for someone for Monday to Friday let or equal time roster
It would be for a three months period initially, with rolling contract thereafter.
