I am situated in South Cambridgshire with direct links to London Kings Cross and Cambridge. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. I am 5 miles from Royston and 8 miles from Cambridge.
I have fibre optic broadband of which is included in the price.
My house consists of a large porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, three toilets, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. I have a secure private back garden and off road parking at the front of the property.
The bedroom I am offering has just been redecorated.
