I'm looking for the right house mate to rent my spare double room in Shillington which is near Hitchin. Renting the room isn’t a necessity for me so it would be based on the chemistry with someone and if their requirements and lifestyle feel like they would suit mine.
Price negotiable depending on number of nights/length of term etc. Ideal fit is someone who only needs a short term arrangement, or someone Mon-Friday only, or similar.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and small bedside drawers. Bills and wifi included. Shared ground floor bathroom and kitchen. Off street parking on the drive. Considerate/appropriate use of garden and lounge. Potential options on extra storage space (loft and garage). Home outside office also available to use around my 1/2 days a week home working schedule.
I'm sociable, friendly and good humoured and whilst not looking for company as such, I am open to occasional socialising. I'm into music, film, comedy, tv, football and history.
