I’m looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my spacious flat, with full access to a large lounge, kitchen and bathroom. I’m a professional, working full time, I take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy and it’s crucial any flatmate has the same attitude. The flat is near Smallford with free parking, mulitple direct bus routes to St Albans station or alternatively an off road 2 mile walk/cycle along the Alban Way and only a 5 minute drive to the A1.
The room currently contains a single bed, mirror, bed side table, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. If you’d prefer to bring a double bed there is plenty of room. Some flexibility to work from home, within your own room, to be agreed.
We’ll get on well if you like Netflix series, good food and sharing a bottle of wine!
