There is NO OFF STREET PARKING, so if you have a car, parking could be difficult as the house is very close to the city centre AND TRAIN STATION.
The room is fully furnished, has central heating, and wifi connection. Also included in the rental price are : all utility bills, fully fitted kitchen (larder fridge, chest freezer, microwave, gas cooker, plenty cupboard space), washing machine and drying area, Lounge with TV, Bathroom and separate toilet ALL TO SHARE. Furthermore, a cleaner once a week cleans communal areas. Rent is £120.00 per week or £480.00 every 4 weeks.
We are a professional medical-legal household. We are very hard working and therefore are looking for someone who is VERY CLEAN, CONSIDERATE, RESPECTFUL and wants to come home to relax and NOT to party!!
