Property is a 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of St Albans and the station in a lovely residential part of the city with plenty of parking available. Room is a double and there is a fixed wardrobe already in place. Bed frame to be built but current photos provides idea of space. Recently moved in and planning to do some work on the bathroom and generally tidy the place up (so apologies for the boxes in the pictures). I’d discount the rent during any periods of major works. Property has all amenities and no need for additional appliances etc as all already in place. Small patio area at the back of the property perfect for summer BBQ’s.
