I'm going travelling for 3 months in February and I'm looking for someone to rent my room while I'm away. 2-bed flat in the heart of St Albans, only 10 minutes walk from the town and from both train stations so easy commute into Watford/Euston or London St Pancras/Farringdon/Thameslink Stations. The block has it's own private car park, which is a God send as parking in St Albans is like gold dust! There is even room for plenty of visitor parking too.
The room is furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe but I could leave other things too if you wanted. Bright dual-aspect living room with super comfy sofa and great shower in the bathroom - what more could you want!?
