Hello to my housemate to be. This beautiful home is in the perfect location in St Albans. It is a stunning 2 double bedroom house which also comes with an added large sized reception room, shower room, spare toilet, store room, garage, huge garden, two off street parking spaces which is all part of a trio of houses in a private gated community. It’s location is second to none boasting amazing window views of the abbey, 5 minutes walk to Verulamium park, the city centre and a 15 minute walk to St Albans city train station which you can get into London St. Pancras station in just 25 minutes. You have everything on your doorstep, gyms, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pubs, bars etc. This house would be perfect for either a professional looking to stay mon-fri or a full time tenant either way it’s fully furnished so you can just move straight in. The person I’m looking for is someone who wants to have a home not just a bed to sleep in, who would like to embrace sharing this amazing home with myself and make it into your Happy place. I’m very easy to get on with, I’m very tidy which I would hope the person I live with would share that same mindset as no one’s wants to live in a messy home.
