One double bedroom en-suite includes
- New double wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.
- Double bed and mattress (please provide your own beddings)
-table and chair.
- carpet floor in bedroom and tiles in the en-suite bathroom
- Juliet balcony viewing back garden

- Kitchen and dining area
- cupboard, Fridge/freezer space is available
- kitchen appliances, and utensils
- washing machine and tumble dryer
- garden/patio
- one car space on drive
- you can also purchase tickets from the council to park your car in the street
- No access to other bedrooms

About us -
We are a family of four and our youngest one is a toddler and eldest is a teenager. So, it can be little busy and noisy at times in the communal/ dining area.

We tend to wake up early and go to bed early. We are at home mostly.

Requirements

-We will prefer to meet in person for viewing the room so we can establish compatibility.

-We will request to see your up to date DBS

- No use of drugs or alcohol in the property or outside. Please do not return to the property if you are intoxicated.

- No smoking or vaping in the property

- stable financial income

- keeping the property, any used area clean and tidy
