A clean and cosy double room in a well looked after flat.
Shared bathroom with a shower/bath combo, recently installed new kitchen, and a cheerful living room which is nice and bright with dining table for 4 and a large (very comfortable) sofa.
Plenty of storage and also an attic for any extras like suitcases. 1st floor so a small flight of stairs access and off street parking which is very safe.
Also bicycle house.

Dishwasher and Washing machine in the flat with a gas stove and fan oven. Tall fridge and plenty of storage space for pans and pots. Also included is a personal chef, 'Chef Mike' sometimes referred to as the microwave.

From the doorstep to West Hampstead in 20 minutes if walk to the station is timed correctly and fast trains running into London constantly (St Albans - West Hampstead - St Pancras).

Flat has great heating to keep it warm during winter.

Im a 31 year old guy looking for a tidy professional who is interested and interesting. I do not mind at all if you need to work from home, preferably you work normal hours. I work long hours in the movie industry so it's likely we won't see much of each other until the evening. I don't drink alcohol but I still enjoy going to the pub for a social. I'm not looking for a couple to move in but obviously wouldn't mind the odd day as long as there is communication.
I've got a ton of interests including football, chess, musical instruments, video games, photography and watching movies or a tv series.
I've also got a great group of friends but I can quite happily just chill and stay in on a Friday night.
