A furnished room has become available in our flat in central St. Albans (less then 10 minute walk from both the high street and the train station with direct trains to London). The room is fairly small 9m2 but has a lovely window with a nice view. It is currently furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a desk and a cupboard. There is a shared bathroom, and a fairly large shared kitchen and living room.
About us:
You will be living with my partner (26F) and me (28M). We are both professionals working at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield. We enjoy board games, physics, and nature.
About you:
We are fairly easy-going, and will consider pretty much anyone, but ideally we are looking for someone who is tidy and at a similar stage of life. We would also welcome someone with who'd like to join us for an occasional board game or a drink at a pub.
