The large double room has a new king-sized bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe, desk, Smart TV and the room is next to your own private bathroom, with a power shower and bath.
I do have a cat in the house.
The house is located in a peaceful, smart cul-de-sac near Verulamium Park
The house is brilliantly located in stunning St Albans, the bus to City Station to station, with an 18 min train to St Pancras in Central London stops outside my house, and it's a 3 min walk to Waitrose, 10 min walk to the beautiful Verulamium Park, with a fitness centre and spa, and the Ye Ol' Fighting Cocks pub.
It’s a 15 min walk to the Abbey Flyer Station to Watford, and 20 min walk to St Alban's town centre with amazing shops and bars -
10 min drive to St Albans City Station -
If you are driving its a 7 min drive to major link roads M1 /M25 /A405

Would suit a professional person who works Monday to Friday in the area.
